- Minimum rental is five nights. Discount for stays of two weeks or more.
- Rental fee is all-inclusive: Rome tourist tax, end-of-rental cleaning fee, linens, utilities (including heating and air conditioning), and Internet access.
- $500 reservation deposit required at time of booking. 50% deposit required 60 days before check-in date. Remainder due three weeks before rental date. A $500 security deposit (credit card authorization) will be required, which will be voided after check-out assuming no damage to the apartment.
- Payment is by check or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
- Regular check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Regular check-out is by 10:00 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in, late check-out, or check-in/check-out on holidays, for which there may be an additional charge.
- Please note: The Spanish Steps Apartment is a "no smoking" property. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets and small children (under ten years).
